We aim to reply within a few business days. Complex measurement or accuracy questions may take longer if we need to reproduce your case.
What to include
Bug reports
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome 120 on macOS)
- A JSON export of the workspace, if relevant — it captures the exact geometry
Measurement questions
- The angle the tool reported, and what you expected
- Whether the source was a photo, a diagram, or a PDF page
- Whether the camera was square to the subject (perspective affects readings)
Please read accuracy and limits first if the discrepancy is a fraction of a degree, or if the photo was taken at an angle — perspective explains most surprising readings.
Feature requests
Describe the problem you are trying to solve, not only the feature you want. That helps us judge whether it fits the tool's scope.

What we are unlikely to build
Requests for accounts, cloud sync, or anything requiring a server will probably be declined: the absence of a backend is what makes the privacy claim true rather than a promise. Everything else is worth asking about.
